 \PYZhy{} Kitty expresses body language much like an actual cat, which can be amusing coming from a Tigershark. For example, when excited or flustered, her whiskers and ears twitch, which can be an easy tell regarding her actual feelings, even if she tries to put on an aloof front.


 \PYZhy{} Kitty will even purr when very happy or experiencing something pleasurable, though she\PYZsq{}ll attempt to snap herself out of it if she doesn\PYZsq{}t have high Self\PYZhy{}Esteem. Conversely, when startled or highly agitated, she\PYZsq{}ll hiss.


 \PYZhy{} Kitty feels a slight unconscious degree of uneasiness and standoffishness around Jojo and Amily. She insists that it\PYZsq{}s not a \PYZsq{}cats and mice\PYZsq{} thing, but doesn\PYZsq{}t seem certain, getting huffy about it when questioned.

 \PYZhy{} Rex diligently maintains his oar\PYZhy{}staff, replacing the teeth mounted in the paddle with freshly\PYZhy{}shed ones as they wear out.



 \PYZhy{} Besides using his own shed teeth to enhance his weapon of choice, Rex also wears them as an accessory: His first full set of shed teeth (his \PYZsq{}baby teeth\PYZsq{}, if you will) are set in a row along a black snakeskin choker adorning his neck, giving off the impression of a stereotypical spiked collar, which further enhances his doglike image.



 \PYZhy{} Just like his mother, in spite of the face that he is a Shark, Rex exhibits some canine\PYZhy{}like traits in his body language:



 \PYZti{} He growls when frustrated, pulling his ears back, and can even snap in warning when extremely agitated.


 \PYZti{} When embarrassed, saddened, or frightened, he whines like a puppy.



 \PYZti{} If excited, or sometimes simply very happy / comfortable, Rex pants like a dog, and his tail wags.



 \PYZti{} Rex also pants during times of sexual pleasure, and if he\PYZsq{}s not actively trying to keep his voice down (such as when he\PYZsq{}s experimenting with autopenetration in secret), he\PYZsq{}s prone to howling when he orgasms. When he is attempting to make as little noise as possible, a small, muffled whine is all that escapes from him.



 \PYZti{} Rex\PYZsq{}s ears are as expressive as those of an actual dog, and are very sensitive to scritches.



 \PYZti{} He possesses a set of small, elongated, sharp\PYZhy{}edged scales that starts with a \PYZsq{}mane\PYZsq{} at his head, travels in a strip across his back, and ends at the base of his tail, which, along with his dorsal fin, can bristle when he\PYZsq{}s agitated, standing on end much like a dog raises its hackles.
